Yoga Fridays!

Every two weeks our class is so lucky to have a morning yoga class. Our yoga teacher is Amy.  She teaches the students about different postures, breathing techniques and strength exercises.  Ask you child about balloon breaths.  The students look forward to this time on Friday.  Below are some of the poses we are learning.
