Today the class had a surprise teacher...me! Lisa was home sick so I got the kiddies all to myself today, what a treat. We had a wonderful day together. This morning we worked on our new reading strategy; looking for parts of words we know, and searched for ing words in our reading. We painted our last time of day picture, and will write about it next week. It was such a beautiful day today, we took advantage of the sunshine and worked in the garden. We planted our garlic and weeded out the old plants.
