Today during math we visited a math web site to show them how the number system works.  They were all very interested in exploring it further.  I added it to the links on the side of the page.  Just click on math/literacy games.  We explored the counter under the counting heading.  We have also been exploring different versions of the Gingerbread Man to see how they are the similar and different. I see some gingerbread making in our future!  So far these are the two that we have read:
