We pushed up our sleeves today and got dirty! We went with out big buddies to clean up some of the gardens this afternoon. We also got a load of compost delivered, so our garden is topped off and ready to go! We explored the physics behind stomp rockets and tested some theories as to why some went further than others. The class concluded that if you were heavier then your rocket would go further unless you used more force when you jumped. Pretty cool stuff!
We will be starting our planting unit next week and would like to plant some seeds early next week, if anyone has carrot, pea, cucumber or lettuce seeds that they would like to donate that would be great!
