Launching Writers Workshop
It was a very exciting day in kindergarten today! We launched our writers workshop this morning . Both classes got together to listen to "The Best Story" by Eileen Spinelli. The important writing lesson we took away from this story was that the best stories come from your heart. We learned how kindergarteners label their pictures, and do a quick sketch to get their thoughts down on paper. On Friday we will get to meet a published author!
