Problem Solving and Teamwork

This morning the k kids spent much of the morning outdoors. We checked on our bird feeders in the woods, and to our surprise there were only strings hanging from the trees! The birds had taken the entire pinecones!

After we trekked through the snow over to the soccer field and built snow forts and snowmen. The children worked hard together rolling the giant snowballs around and figuring out how to move them from point a to point b. We finished off the morning by playing fox and chickens. Ask your children if they remember how to play.
